Jeff Youngblood Photography specializes in real estate photography, videography, and FAA Part 107–certified aerial media that help listings stand out and sell faster. I partner with agents, brokers, and owners to showcase each property’s true value with crisp visuals, Zillow Showcase virtual tours, and interactive floor plans. From cozy homes to luxury estates, I blend technical precision with a creative eye to create media that moves buyers and makes your next listing unforgettable.
2017
Beginings
As my first step into Real Estate Media, I was the Co-Founder and Photographer for Curb Appeal Real Estate Media.
2018
Learning and Expanding
Expanded my knowledge, and became more familiar with client media needs, as a contractor for various media companies. This included receiving my Part 107 Certification for legal drone usage.
2022
Started my Business
Jeff Youngblood Photography was established. I’ve had the opportunity to work with many new, and existing clients while creating more personal and professional friendships. Being on my own has allowed me to expand my business and become more successful.
2025
Innovation and Growth
Offering Real Estate Media packages and marketing materials to make it easier for Realtors to find what they’re looking for right away, and have more time to focus on their job.
What began as a passion for photography quickly turned into a full-time career helping agents make their listings stand out. I’m all about capturing homes in their best light and creating visuals that tell the story of a space.
